Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel & Convention Center

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was within walking distance of the mall and the cruise terminal. We were able to easily explore the nearby parks and Plaza de Mayo. The room, although showing its age, provided a comfortable stay with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. The view from the room was pleasant, overlooking the nearby parks and city skyline.

The service at the hotel could be slow at times.

Lounge area could use a facelift. Some facilities, such as the carpet, furniture, and bath tub, showed signs of wear and tear.

This hotel is perfectly located near the pier for cruise ships, making it convenient for those embarking or disembarking. It is also close to the Retiro station, making transportation easy for business travellers. The hotel's restaurant offers delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a great sleep quality. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the concierge offers helpful recommendations for tango shows and museums.

The hotel's Wi-Fi service needs improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the gym, pool, and sauna, were great. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many historic sites and very close to the pier for cruise ships. the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Patricio at the concierge desk. He provided great recommendations for excursions and shopping, and the tango recommendations were exactly what I was looking for. I always felt safe in the area and even went for a morning run in the nearby park.

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Buenos Aires. When we arrived, we were kinda surprised to find out that we had been upgraded to a suite, complete with a bottle of champagne, a bottle of wine, and a box of truffles to celebrate our special anniversary. The service from check-in to check-out was perfect and one of the best experiences we've had at a Marriott hotel. The staff were very good too ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Although the hotel is not located in the center, it was perfect for us as we were going on a cruise and wanted to be close to the pier. Despite the location, if we ever visit Buenos Aires again, we would undoubtedly choose to stay at this hotel.

This hotel has a prime location near the shopping district and features luxurious amenities such as a spa, indoor pool, and sauna. the staff provided excellent service and our exclusive in-room breakfast exceeded our expectations. the hotel restaurant and bar/lounge area also offer a superb menu and drink selection.

The only minor negative was the outdated appearance of the room, which did not match the lavish feel of the rest of the hotel.

We were upgraded to a fantastic room with sauna and whirlpool. The staff was beyond accommodating, providing extra towels and toiletries. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Although some areas could use a facelift, we had a great stay.
